HOW IT WORKS
A client inquiry is performed to gather information about the client and give the client a chance to discuss any current symptoms or ailments the client may be dealing with.
Next, a Body Systems Questionnaire is performed to find the clients Area of Attention (AoA). The Area of Attention (AoA) is the organ system in the body that needs the most immediate support. The Body Systems Questionnaire is a point-based assessment developed by herbalist's who use a Body Systems approach when helping their clients heal naturally from adverse health conditions.
The findings from the questionnaire will be given to the client along with herbal recommendations based on the assessment and client inputs.

Consultation Outline:
1. The Body Systems Questionnaire will involve a client inquiry form and a point-based questionnaire that is designed to identify your Area of Attention (AOA). The AOA will identify problem areas in the body that need the most attention and support.
2. An analysis will be performed by the Herbalist in which input obtained from the Body Systems Questionnaire and Client Inquiry Form will be analyzed and the findings reported to the client. The client will be made aware of their AOA which is an integral part of the Consultation.
3. A meal plan and/or eating recommendations will be provided to the client based on the the information obtained during the consultation.
4. Herbal supplements will be recommended to the client based on information obtained from the Body Systems Questionnaire and Client Inquiry form along with the AOA.
5. The client will receive a 10% Discount Code to use for any orders placed in person or sitewide.
