Shipping Policy:

We offer Flat Rate shipping based on the amount you purchase. We will ship packages with USPS or UPS. You can see our flat rate shipping prices below.

Packages are normally shipped within 1-7 Days. Please allow up to two weeks to receive your tracking number before reaching out.

Delivery Policy:

We offer local delivery to residents in the Rocket City of Huntsville, Alabama. There is a $5.00 delivery fee for local deliveries.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of herbs, all sales are final. However, if there is an error on our behalf, we will do our best to fairly resolve the issue. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us.

The Healing Crisis (Side Effects)

When the body is cleansing and healing itself, you may experience something known as the “Healing Crisis”. During the healing crisis you MAY or MAY NOT experience temporary conditions such as a temporary slight headache (as your blood is cleansed and releases toxins, a running nose or cough (as the body breaks down mucus and removes it from the system), low energy for a few days, diarrhea (as the colon is cleansed from years and years of fecal matter build up, a curved appetite or other healing crisis feelings. This is normal as the body releases toxins and emotions and returns to its normal state of being. Your body will thank you for it later.
